A New Year Shadow-Release Journey

🗓 Sunday, January 4
2:00–4:00 PM
📍 Jazzercise, Gambrills, MD
💲 Cost: $35

Begin the new year with ease, not pressure.

This special New Year journey is designed to support you as you step into your next chapter gently and intentionally. If you’re entering the year carrying emotional weight, uncertainty, or fatigue, and you’re ready to set some of it down, you’re not alone.

This is not about fixing yourself or forcing change.

Through meditation, breathwork, and sound, this experience guides you inward in a way that feels safe and supportive, allowing you to release what no longer needs to come with you into the year ahead.

No prior experience is needed. Just bring a mat, a blanket, and an openness to rest and reconnect.

I would love to hold space for you.

With love & lunar light,
Donna

Founder, Wild Moon Healers

P.S. If the word breathwork feels intimidating, please know this session is slow, guided, and choice-based. You are always in control of your breath, your pace, and your participation. Many people who come are new, curious, or simply in need of rest. This is a supportive space.
