Feeling Agitated or Awakened Right Now? This Full Moon May Be Why 🌕

Graphic about nervous system support featuring a woman making a heart shape with her hands and the message “Regulation supports revelation,” symbolizing emotional healing, self-awareness, and inner clarity.

Dear Reader,

Lately, emotions may feel closer to the surface.

Restlessness. Clarity. Irritation. Tenderness.

Sometimes a Full Moon illuminates what has been hidden.

Sometimes it simply makes visible what has been building quietly for a while.

And often… what feels like agitation may actually be awakening.

The Full Moon can be a powerful mirror. Not to make us dramatic— but honest.

This Moon wants us to notice:

  • What feels out of balance
  • What truth wants acknowledgment
  • What is asking to be released
  • What part of you wants to come back into rhythm

Before you rush to fix a feeling… sit with it.

Ask: What is this showing me?
Not what is wrong with me?

Healing often begins in that shift. Read more...

A Full Moon Reflection

Consider journaling with this moon. Its energy often moves a few days before and after the Full Moon.

  • What feels illuminated for me right now?
  • What am I ready to stop forcing?
  • What am I being invited to trust?
Sometimes awareness itself is the medicine.
