🌕 Lunar Reflections: Time to Slow Down & Listen

Find Yourself • Love Yourself • Align with the Moon

Dear Reader,

It’s been a minute since I landed in your inbox. Life shifted, and as it shifted, so did I. Maybe you’ve been feeling that too.

So instead of forcing myself to “catch up,” I chose to reconnect.

This Full Cold Moon arrives at the doorway of winter—a sacred time when nature stops pushing and instead begins listening.

This Moon isn’t here to speed us up… she’s here to slow us down so we can hear what our hearts have been whispering.

The Cold Moon arrives in Gemini, illuminated by the truth of Sagittarius.

Together, they ask:

  • What have you learned about yourself over the last several months?
  • What have you already created—and forgotten to celebrate?
  • Where are you ready to shift not by force… but by awareness?

This is a moon of reflection over reinvention. You don’t need to make massive changes. You only need to see the truth that’s already emerging.

Gemini can bring:

  • jittery mind + nervous system activation
  • emotional overwhelm disguised as overthinking
  • restlessness that feels like “not enough”

If your brain feels like it’s juggling 473 tiny details… breathe. You’re not failing—you’re feeling.

This Full Moon reminds us:

It’s okay to pause when your mind is loud.
Stillness is not falling behind — it’s the work.

With love & lunar light,
Donna

🌙 In Case You Missed It

If you’ve been following the lunar rhythm with me this season, here are a few reflections to revisit or explore for the first time. Click on the image to read the blog.

A person with a tired expression sits slouched on the edge of a bed in a dim, muted room. Their posture and facial expression suggest emotional exhaustion or sadness. Crumpled tissues are scattered on a small bedside table and floor, next to a plant that appears dry and withering. The text “MEMOIRS OF A MESSY MIND” is overlaid across the image, with the subtitle “A Messy Mind” highlighted beneath it. The mood is somber and reflective. A woman in a white dress stands barefoot at the edge of a calm shoreline under moonlight. She gazes down at the water as a small ripple forms around a stone in the shallows. The scene is peaceful with soft blue tones and a serene atmosphere. Text over the image reads: “5 Rules for Doing What Matters” with a subtitle “Freedom begins with integrity.” The style evokes mindfulness, reflection, and intentional living.
A vibrant circular scene is divided into four quadrants, each representing a different season: snowy winter with bare branches, spring with pink blossoms, lush green summer with flowers, and autumn with golden leaves. A glowing moon and sun appear in opposite corners, symbolizing cyclical transitions. Over the center of the image, decorative script text reads: “Seasonal Shifts, Inner Wisdom.” The artwork evokes the connection between nature’s seasonal changes and personal transformation. A person sits indoors on a bed with their head in their hands, appearing overwhelmed or distressed. Soft sunlight filters through blinds on the wall behind them, creating a calm but emotional atmosphere. On the left side of the image, text reads: “The Healing Bridge: Why Willpower Isn’t the Answer.” The overall tone highlights the struggle with mental or emotional challenges and the need for compassionate healing.
