Dear Reader,
Your body isn’t giving you labels. It’s giving you sensations—and most of us were never taught how to understand them.
Sometimes what feels like anxiety… exhaustion… hunger… urgency… or overwhelm isn’t as clear as we think.
When the nervous system is overloaded, everything can start sounding the same internally.
In this week’s blog, I’m sharing a very real moment from my own life—and the deeper realization that followed:
Maybe we’re not bad at listening to our bodies. Maybe we were never taught the language.
How Your Body Says “Help” (And Why We Misread It)
I’m sitting here trying to figure out what my body is trying to tell me…

The New Moon reminds us that beginnings don’t always start with action.
Sometimes they begin with awareness... with slowing down long enough to notice what you actually feel beneath the noise.
Before the plans.
Before the pressure.
Before trying to “fix” yourself.
Just this question: What is my body trying to say?
Maybe this next cycle doesn’t begin with becoming someone new. Maybe it begins with learning to listen to yourself differently.
And as the moon begins to grow in the sky again, remember: You’re learning to trust yourself a little more as you grow.
Learning your signals.
Learning your needs.
Learning that healing doesn’t happen through force, but through relationship… with yourself.
You’re not broken.
You’re learning.
That should land differently.
With love & lunar light,
Donna
