🌕 What Truth Expands You Instead of Exhausting You?

Dear Reader,

We're almost through the first energetic quarter of the lunar year.

Since the Spring Equinox, we've moved through Aries beginnings and Taurus grounding, and now we are experiencing the curious nature of Gemini.

Along the way, the Libra Full Moon illuminated the Aries/Libra axis, inviting us to explore balance between self and others.

The Scorpio Full Moon highlighted the Taurus/Scorpio axis, asking us to examine what needed healing, release, and transformation.

And now the Sagittarius Full Moon activates the Gemini/Sagittarius axis, encouraging us to zoom out, seek wisdom beyond information, and ask:

What truth expands me instead of exhausting me?

This feels like the perfect moment to look back before we move forward.

Over the past few months, I've noticed a common theme appearing again and again—in conversations, in my own life, and throughout our community:

Many of us have felt different—restless, uncertain, pulled toward change while simultaneously craving stability, trying to grow while also feeling exhausted.

That's exactly why I wanted to share these two reflections with you.

🌙 First, I look back at the journey we've taken since the Spring Equinox and explore what the lunar cycles may have been teaching our nervous systems along the way.

🌕 Then, as we arrive at the Sagittarius Full Moon, I explore a question I've been sitting with lately:

What truth expands me instead of exhausting me?

Because not every belief helps us grow.

Not every truth creates freedom.

Some stories keep us stuck.

Others help us come home to ourselves.

A Sagittarius Full Moon | What truth expands me instead of exhausting me?

As you move through this Full Moon, I invite you to reflect on two questions:

✨ What has this lunar year been teaching me?

✨ What truth helps me expand instead of exhausting me?

I'd love to hear your answers.

Until next time, keep following the moon and finding yourself.

With love & lunar light,
