Dear Reader,
Most Earth Day messages will tell you to do more.
Recycle more.
Consume less.
Be better.
But here’s the truth I want you to sit with for a moment:
You can’t sustain the planet if you can’t sustain yourself.
If your body is exhausted…
If your mind is overwhelmed…
If your nervous system is constantly in survival mode…
Sustainability won’t stick.
Not because you don’t care.
But because you don’t have the capacity to carry it.
That’s the part no one talks about.
We try to build sustainable habits from a place of pressure instead of presence.
From guilt instead of grounding.
From urgency instead of alignment.
And then we wonder why nothing lasts.
🌎
This Earth Day, I want to offer you a different perspective:
What if sustainability starts with your body?
What if caring for the planet begins with learning how to care for yourself in a way that actually holds?
Not perfectly.
Not all at once.
But consistently… and honestly.
I wrote something for you that goes deeper into this—without the fluff. 👉 Read it here:

If something in it resonates, I’d love to hear from you. Leave a comment on the blog, or just hit reply and tell me what’s been hard to sustain lately.
You’re not failing.
You’re working with a body that’s asking for a different rhythm.
With love & lunar light,
