🌕 Lunar Reflections: An Emotional Threshold

Find Yourself • Love Yourself • Align with the Moon

Dear Reader,

This Full Moon marks an emotional threshold.

Not a turning point that asks us to rush forward, but one that invites us to pause and notice what we’ve been holding. What has been quietly carried. What is ready to be felt, tended, and slowly released.

The Cancer Full Moon rises at a tender time of year. Winter asks us to move gently as the body integrates. This is not the season for resolutions or reinvention. It’s a season for honesty, safety, and care.

If you’d like a deeper reflection on this lunation, read the Cancer Full Moon blog exploring emotional security, winter wisdom, and what it means to carry less forward.

A Declaration for the Year Ahead

As this new year unfolds, I want to share my word for 2026: Recognized.

This is not a resolution.
It’s an intention I am living into.

This year, I am choosing presence over performance.
Depth over noise.
Truth over urgency.

I am choosing to see myself more clearly, so that my work can be recognized without me chasing visibility or forcing momentum.

What that means for you, if you’re walking alongside my work, is this:

  • I’ve completed my third manuscript. This book is not about learning new healing techniques. It’s about restoring a woman’s relationship with herself. I’m now entering the process of finding a literary agent to bring this work into the world.
  • I’m exploring opportunities to share this work in larger conversations, including the possibility of a TEDx talk rooted in the theme of healing without a map.
  • You’ll see more of me this year. More writing. More teaching. More in-person experiences and events that invite reflection, breath, and genuine connection.
  • I’ll continue offering spaces, both private and communal, that honor where you are rather than pushing you toward where you think you should be.

This year is not about doing more.
It’s about showing up more honestly and more true to myself first.

What’s Coming Soon

Step into this new year with the intention of making self-care and a personal relationship with yourself a priority.

There are gatherings and offerings ahead, including in-person events and spaces for reflection and breath. If something feels aligned, you’ll hear about it here first. This space remains the most direct way to stay connected.

For now, let this Full Moon be a moment of acknowledgment.

You don’t have to have answers.
You don’t have to be ready.
You don’t have to move faster than your nervous system allows.

Standing at an emotional threshold is still standing.
And sometimes, that is exactly where the work begins.

With care,
